In a personal interview we will assess your baseline and draw together a personalized plan to achieve your objectives.
Price: a single 100 euros payment
Monitoring and progress
Once the plan is set, we will do weekly and monthly check-ins in order to propose routes, training and assess progress.
Price: 40€/month or 300€/year
